An' many of a place that were unkown
She rode till she came to th lonesome valley
An' there she found him dead alone

Her Brothers inquiring, where have you been

Together both of you may hang

"Her brothers wanted to know if their sister's lover wanted to go hunting, with them. They took him out an' killed him. When th brothers found out what were going to happen to them, they jumped in th sea and drowned."
